Monster: The Ed Gein Story - finished watching it. Grim! But very good and a compelling watch. I would recommend.
All three series have been good and different in their own way. I think I found Dahmer more disturbing and unnerving, but this was really well made and referenced more than I was expecting.
I watched Breaking Bad up to the end of Series 4 when it was first on, but then never watched the final series. So, I decided to go back to the beginning and watched the whole thing.
Finished it last night. Not up there with the all time greatest HBO shows, but still very good and comfortably better than 95% of the programmes you’ll find on streaming platforms.
Only 7 hour long episodes too, so a pretty minimal time investment.
I cherry picked some Game of Thrones episodes because I’ve been listening to the music on Spotify the last few days. Still every bit annoyed about events such as the red wedding, Jon snow being stitched up at the night’s watch, battle of the bastards is still a banger and ended up watching the entirety of season 8bagain, poor fucking Varys man, that and realising that Emilia Clarke’s acting that season is actually really fucking shit.
Was nice to revisit the hound calling people cunts though
Malice - Jack Whitehall, David Duchovny and Carice van Houten.
Never been a huge fan of Jack Whitehall, but this was pretty good. Nothing ground breaking but it was entertaining and the pacing is good. It keeps you guessing until the end. Well worth a watch for anyone who has Amazon Prime.
