Just finished watching Squid Game ‘The Challenge’ Season 2 on Netflix…Very good, especially if you are a fan of the TV Series. Going to apply for Season 3!

I just watched Trespasses, a 4 episode mini series set in 70s Belfast. Definitely not Gillian Anderson’s sexiest role but she is great in it.
First episode of season two of The Landman didn’t disappoint.
Also thought Malice with Dave Duchovney, Jack Whitehall and Melisandre was alright.
This show started out great but deteriorated massively throughout. It felt like each episode was a challenge to have them try and do something even more stupid than the last one.
I get really frustated and lose interest in a show if the 0/10 decision making at all points by the characters is whats needed to drive the plot forward.
Mobland was fucking brilliant. So many deplorable Harrigan characters - fantastic directing and acting. 9/10

Not at the end yet but I think Jonny Ross made a big mistake sending Stephen home at the table when he was also in his losing team from the game.
If they sent Joe home, he could’ve murdered Stephen or pinned any murder that night on Stephen and not left himself as the clear target. He was never going to win anyway but that was a big cock up imo.

Only 9 mins in, so this might be a premature recommendation, but I didn’t realise I needed a Brian Badonde bodcast lol.
Again, only 9 mins in, but I feel Adam Buxton is a great choice of first guest for such a silly bodcast.
@shamrockgooner and @YJYUX I think I remember you two being Adam Buxton podcast fans. I’ve not listened to his podcast in years, I’m not even sure why lol

I loved listening to the Adam Buxton podcast and same as you, I have drifted away from it on the basis that he didn’t release them frequently or I didn’t have much interest in the guest he had on. Top notch pods though.
I have seen clips of this on Instagram and haven’t watched it properly yet - this episode certainly looks to have a high win percentage though!

FYI, Brian Badonde is a character from Fonejacker/Facejacker played by Kayvan Novak. He basically pronounces a lot of words as if they begin with “b” when they don’t.
All very silly stuff lol
