Trainers/Sneakers/Crepz/Kickz Thread

I quite like them. I own too many shoes to be the voice of restraint or moderation.

Why do you need ankle support for daily wear?

Now that I have a pair of highs, mids and lows it’s probably time to stop buying Jordan 1s lol (and trainers generally)

I do my workplace lounging exclusively in slippers. Couldn’t imagine plastic shoes for the role.

Why do people wear shoes in the house? These things don’t even look comfortable.

Same I’m all in on slippers.

The softer and thicker the sole the better.

If you don’t take your shoes off at the door and walk around barefoot or in socks in your living space you’re a savage in my book.

They don’t have a back they basically are a different variation of sliders haha. Easy to lounge about in as I don’t have carpets at all so keeps my feet off the cold floor

In fact, I think you’ll find that you are the savage.

Couldn’t imagine life without my slippers. My feet simply get too cold and we don’t have carpet in our flat so the floor isn’t soft to walk on and if I haven’t had a chance to hoover I don’t like stepping on various crumbs and detritus.

This is why I constantly hoover my cave floor. Actually thinking about buying a roomba some of these days.

I got one of them Roomba things but my house is smallish and the area it can cover before hitting into something made it a bit pointless. Still ended up having to do a tidy up job.

Well it would ideally be for when I move into a small apartment in a few months time but I’ve read mixed reviews. I’ve heard people say it’s really important how you buy, not so much that you need to spend a lot of money but in terms of navigation mapping and such they aren’t all created equal. I haven’t actually done a lot of research into them yet but I’ve watched a couple of reviews and some look more impressive than others even though they kind of around a similar price point.

I’d genuinely go all in though and actually design my living space around it’s effectiveness to get under things, I prefer a minimalistic décor as personal preference anyway. It’s very important to me that I get to enjoy walking around barefoot or in sports socks and don’t have to resort to the tortures of women’s ugg slippers just yet.

If I had my way this is how it would be here too. Alas…

Ignore the peasants. They aren’t living that UGG life that we are. Probably the best luxury purchase of my entire life. Thanks mum.
