That reminds me I was in a Lidl the other day and amongst the stuff they were selling were tee shirts, flip flops and white socks all with the Lidl logo on them. I mean why the fuck would you?
I wish I had the capital to market products with insignificant costs & sell them to the upper class. The margins that can be gained from fooling the rich are exorbitant. They can’t help spend more for something they can get for 10 pounds.

Posts like this really irritate me. Trying to compare chalk and cheese. A skyscraper built (as mentioned in response) by slave labour, likely with no concern for health and safety vs a Grade 1 listed building which is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and benefits from intricate detailing and masonry which requires very specialist skills. This is the reason I’m not on Twitter or X whatever it’s called now.
For 25 billion they can turn it into flats and parliament can meet in the convention centre over the road.
