That explains all the major news outlets going on about “conspiracy theories”
People will fill a vacuum with anything.

Like how you like anyone who disagrees with me: just tell me you hate me. I won’t be here next year, so be quick
I don’t hate you I just think you’ve largely been unpleasant since the morning and up until this point. Lot of unnecessary digs towards people.
The public are very gullible if true.
I would only donate to anything if I knew them personally.
Stories like this being prominent in the media tend to help people feel personally connected and then it’s a short leap to “I’d give a tenner to help him mum stay out there”
I’d go with Silases, as in aliases.
It’s definitely a drug ransom
It’s safer to be at the front of the traffic at a junction.
Light was red. But when he’s halfway up to the front it turns green so he’s stuck.
I hate when that happens when I’m out.
It’s just a kind of shitty situation.
Also the public naming and shaming is a bit pathetic from the biker there. Particularly because it’s such a grey incident.
Ignoring context of who is right or wrong here, speaking more generally, I think people who pull their kids behind their bikes on those trailers are taking a crazy risk with their kids’ lives.
If you don’t have a car, just get a bus man, ffs.
I think that’s bang on, even more so for the biker himself too. Regardless of wrong and right there’s only one real loser if there’s a collision.
Cyclists get such a bad rep but the amount of people put in ICU by cars and vans etc far trumps the number put in ICU by a cyclist.
And yet everyone hates cyclists?
Our fascination with cars, especially these shit SUVs and their bastard child’s is a big thing killing this country.
The problem is that a lot of cyclists don’t have any clue about how the road works and what most signs mean.
They filter through traffic without really understanding the risks associated with it. There is an arrogance to cyclists that they always seem to have right of way which just isn’t correct.
I cycled for years but I’ve also been a driver for 13-14 years so I’m a very cautious cyclist who understands the road very well.
As a cyclist I’d also say I’m extra cautious because I know a lot of drivers are very negligent and they’re driving multi tonne killing machines. I’m not taking a risk against a car when there is no positive outcome if we collide.
After seeing what the truck vs cyclist outcome in China is like you wouldn’t catch me anywhere with anything on two wheels.
Saw this on twitter someone designed the UK flag with added Wales and it looks pretty baddass even from a person that hates that flag ![]()
Poor dragon what did it do to ever deserve that?
On another note I think Wales have got one of the coolest flags in the world
Cyclist has to admit defeat. Lights had turned amber and he’s still about 2 car lengths behind the bus. Bus driver should still show more awareness but that incident is on the cyclist

If there is no clear bike(or any two-wheeler) lane in that situation, the cyclist should stay at the back of the traffic or at least not all the way up front. Motorists assume there won’t be any movement at a stop, and for a two-wheeler (to cut through the whole traffic and) to show up right beside the first vehicle will surprise most drivers.
I have seen this happen with a motorcyclist who went through the gaps and parked besides a bus(in the blind spot). When it turned green, the bus turned right and almost ran over the motorcyclist. The guy had to bend to avoid contact.
Both at fault really.
Bus driver should see the cyclist way off on the drivers side mirror and hold the turn UNLESS the cyclist slows down, which he should have done while approaching a junction where cars can left or right.
You’re driving a bus in an inner city area, there’s a onus and greater obligation upon you to take precautions
