I was in my 30s when I realized how late sunsets are in some parts of the world. The first time realization is mind blowing for someone who has never seen sunset beyond 7pm

That boy missing in Tenerife, just been on the news that people have raised 36k for the family on crowdfunder. Good for them doing that but I canât help but think where has everyone got this spare money to help a random family?!
Without wanting to sound too negative, the chances of finding him alive must now be pretty slim. On his own with no water/rations in a desert-like area for over 10 days.
Erm the thought should more be, where is the money going?
