The randomly nothing thread

i don’t care if that’s true, i’ll never eat the skin of a kiwi.
makes me gag just thinking about it

  1. no, you are insane. also
  2. I don’t think you need fiber with a kiwi, it is just water and low fructose anyway.

LOL

You could say the exact same thing about an apple no?

you can and you should

wait, I mean, the peel on an apple is alright :laca:

I don’t think his point was that you particularly need fibre in order to digest the kiwi itself lol, more that it’s a good source of fibre for your diet generally.

Gotta love guys and their discreetness which definitely isn’t obvious at all to get to know a pretty lady.

A young blond with high heels started on our reception desk this Monday and I’ve never seen so many guys needing assistance to book a meeting room in the calendars for a meeting throughout the week :joy::joy:

27 day battery life? Pffff, I’ve got a 3310 on my shelf that hasn’t been charged since 2002 and it still has two bars left.

Think they should just make Sam gender fluid. Can even keep the same name.

I find the counter-backlash to these kind of things to be just as tiresome as the initial backlash they’re reacting against. It’s such a hugely insignificant issue either way, as if anyone commenting really knew or gave a fuck who the mascot was for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service, but these days all it takes is three jokers on twitter to complain about something before a policy or practice gets reversed, and this attracts loads of attention and before you know it its become a big thing.

The internet is obviously great and social media has its benefits, but I do yearn for the days when news was dominated by real, actually significant stories. These days so much of it is basically insignificant stuff that’s become an issue because a few people on twitter have said something about it and it’s snowballed.

Unless you’re from Lincolnshire there’s no reason for any of us to even be aware of this, and even within Lincolnshire this should hardly be big news lol

Wouldn’t be surprised it was a black flag type thing by a bunch of 4chan trolls to make the left look bad either :joy:

Could be either or at this point, I don’t know what to believe anymore

I honestly feel like we were all better off without social media, I’m glad I grew up just as it was catching on with shit like Myspace and Bebo which were in no means mandatory, as an adult now I can limit myself from it and enjoy the internet for what I want. I can’t imagine the pressure kids in secondary schools are under these days with social media infecting every facet of life.

It’s honestly just an exhausting way to live and people need to realize there is more to life than just being outraged about nonsense on Twitter/Facebook/Insta.

No wonder so many of them kill themselves

Still had these stories in the shit tabloids though back in the day.
Social media though gives people more a chance to vent rather than write a letter though.

Yeah you’re definitely right here, but it just didn’t have anywhere near the same reach and ability to snowball.
