I sympathize with the poor and destitute and believe that charities and churches, strong extended family etc should be there to help them out. Its an indictment of society.
Heres a thought, let people keep vastly more of what they make by cutting taxes down to maybe 5% or less, promote healthy families, reduce the size of the government and the resulting waste, grift and corruption. Dismantle the pharma/medical cartel, and lets see what a truly free market woudl do for the health of the populace.
Do that and you wont need an NHS. If the government is in favor of something… whatever it is, Do Not support it. The government only does what is good for the government. Only a fool believes that the long term goals of a government program will benefit the citizenry.
Just look at the NHS… it started as affordable healthcare for all… Look at it now… pretty soon they will be pushing medical assistance to kill yourself like Canadas NHS is doing.

For someone who suggests others go away and do some reading and some research, perhaps you should take your own advice and go away and look into the history of the NHS and how it was formed 
You may also want to have a look at the difference between Communism and Socialism - they are not the same things!
As for the NHS, without making a political point, but a factual one, in 2010 the NHS had its highest ever approval ratings and it had the lowest waiting lists. Acknowledge that we have had the pandemic, but the reasons for the current issues in the NHS are not ideological because the past has proved that the model works. And then there is the whole separate issue of social care which does directly impact upon the NHS and needs to be addressed.

At the end of the day it is your democratic choice who to vote for, or not to vote as the case may be…if the reports about their racist and dodgy candidates don’t bother you, and if you think Farage, based on his track record and the things he says, is the person to lead this country forward and you have read their manifesto and think it represents some good ideas, then crack on and vote Reform
