Arteta won’t not sign a striker in the summer. We just HAVE to go big
If Arteta has any ambition and they don’t back him he should walk.
Conversely, if the board don’t believe in him delivering they should sack him and back his replacement.
Both on fraud watch.

If we don’t get Williams he’ll just get another GK and LB. 
Arteta is great at defensive signings but has never bought a top level striker of winger.
Something needs to change in that respect. If no attacking signings and it’s his fault he should be sacked.
If it’s clubs fault he should walk we should find out who it is stopping this and sack them.
I’m ok with our January window because I’ve swallowed their BS.
But now there are absolutely no excuses for the summer.

The whole striker thing is a bit overstated. We got Jesus in two seasons ago and he was great to begin with and we scored lots of goals. Then he got injured and we waited to see how he would recover and by then we were already into the following season. Same sort of deal with Martinelli and his loss of form.
It’s only been one summer window where we have really needed a forward. It’s easy to look back now and say we needed one but it kinda ignores the context a little bit.
I think that when Arteta has bought attacking players, like Trossard, Havertz and Jesus, he’s spent quite a lot of money yet they aren’t good enough at the top level.
He really needs two top quality signings in the next window that are at the required level and he has to stop wasting money on rejects like Havertz.
Trossard was only 20m and been worth that. Jesus was great to start with but the fall off has been disappointing. Havertz obviously not a great use of funds but also signed as a midfielder initially. My point was that our need for a striker hasn’t been going on that long when you consider the timing of the Jesus injury and not knowing how he’d come back in the mid-term.

I can’t see this either. Arteta has done a fantastic job at Arsenal and he can take us to the next level. I think we can win the CL with him…that’s how confident I am.
I can’t see Arteta leaving unless he wants to. The board (as a whole) has to be delighted with how things are going.
There’s a chance Flick goes if Barcelona end up 3rd or something I guess. But I don’t think this is something to contemplate.
