Cheers. Unfortunately I’m one and a half stone heavier than I was two years ago so it no longer fits. It didn’t really fit then either tbh lol.
I’m always on the lookout for the same shirt mate, and a few other ones too, and they very rarely have my size (medium). There are so many XL ones flying around.
I found the lightning bolt away shirt long sleeve with Bergkamp 10 on the back in my size but £100 is more than I can justify
Shammy are you trying to negotiate a deal on an Arsenal board? Surely you know that @JakeyBoy has learned from the master. I surmise he’ll offer you £3 and a pair of old sneakers on loan…unless of course your shirt has a release clause. :rosicky:
Oliver Kay of The Times just done a live web chat answering readers football & transfer related questions. Doesn’t say anything new but seems quite confident Mustafi will happen.
Gotta question why it’s taking us so long to complete a deal “all three parties” want to happen when we’re pretty damn desperate at the moment.
Managed to find a link to get behind the paywall to read through the web chat, this was the only other Arsenal related question that was answered.
I disagree, I’ve yet to see a transfer that has been completed without a bid being submitted lol. People are so fucking jaded by the way we do things that they think that is how business is done.
Do you know what my boss would say if I told him, “Well, yes, I know we need this client, we’ve been talking to each other for three weeks and it’s a done deal, we just haven’t done the deal yet”?
Seriously, do you know? And mind you I’m working in the 500k-1million US space here mainly. Just take a guess what he would say.
My post was highlighting the important background negotiations/talks that happen way before a ‘official bid’ is sent to a club. The actual bid is something that has become the focus for many people because of media sensationalism.
Jesus Christ when did I ever suggest transfers don’t happen without an official bid being put in ffs
Cadena SER are reporting that Liverpool are in negotiations for Mustafi whilst Valencia have an interest in a LFC striker Luis Alberto. Alberto link would make sense as Barcelona are pursuing Paco Alcacer.
Liverpool are pretty stacked in defence and already brought in Klavan & Matip this window although I’m unsure of their quality (combined cost of £5m, Matip was a free transfer).
Not sure on the reliability of Cadena Ser but I remember @AbouCuellar putting them quite high up on his list of Spanish media outlets on the old forum.
(Think this could be Valencia trying to push the deal through tbh).
