I actually think he may go 4-1-3-2 especially at the Emirates. Laca and Auba could work well together upfront with Ozil in behind. This is a great bit of business if this gets done.
No one will give him any credit, but think Gazidis needs some acknowledgement in this window - he was the one that changed the backroom team around and brought in Raul Sanllehi and Sven Mislintat, who has been key to both Auba and HM signing for us. I’m not saying this makes up for the contract mess with Alexis and Ozil but it goes some way to lifting the club. All we need now is for Ozil and Wilshire to sign new deals this week and the confidence will be flowing!
BTW…Guillem Balagué tweeted earlier saying Auba was done and that Arsenal were working on another deal as well?
