Patrick Vieira

Shame his unbeaten record at Stamford Bridge has ended due to taking that Palace job.

Brilliant

That ending would have been worth it even if the lead up was 5 hours long

Gotta love Ray Parlour

DD: ā€œPatrick what can you say in English?ā€
PV: ā€œTottenham are sheeeetā€ :joy:

Canā€™t believe I didnā€™t know about this, would 100% tried to go. Really interesting hearing David Dein talking about that period.

Could do with a David Dein right now at the club.

Bruh exactly what I was thinking, mans been kind of lost to time. Watched an earlier clip and basically it was him who convinced Sol to sign up for us. Guy was ahead of his time really.

A book by him would be a very interesting read.

how stupid was his balance wtf heā€™s like one of those wobblehead toys, people smash into him left and right and he just cannot tip over and fall

Itā€™s easy for a referee to pull his card out and just book anyone who questions them. The rules arenā€™t consistently applied because ultimately itā€™s down to the referee to interpret what they consider dissent to be.

The problem comes with football in having an agenda saying respect but ultimately it doesnā€™t have any.
It starts at kids level of football and just gets worse.
Blame culture is itā€™s biggest issue.

This just shows how much Ferguson and Mourinho used to get away with.
Both of them used to scream in the faces of the referees assistant and rarely would anything happen.

Name someone who doesnā€™t

How amazing it must have been to watch leggy midfielders like Vieira & Zindane in the same team!
