Five wins and a draw against Bayern.
0-0 then
Chelsea and Bayern are the obvious tricky fixtures there. Aside from that youād hope for maximum points but always the chance for a slip up
Sunderland away is no joke after coming back from a trip to Prague.
Letās get past that first.
Feels like every game needs to be treated like a cup final on a game by game basis, Iām not even looking at the next fixture until the current game is over.
Canāt concede and we canāt lose ![]()
just win them all with no shots on target against us ![]()
Very overwhelming to be seeing it like that but I couldnāt agree more lol.
Not overly fussed with what happens in the Bayern game tbh. Hopefully by then we have 4 CL wins under our belt.
Spurs might be tough but I like our chances against the Chavs who are unlikely to sit as deep as a lot of teams we have been playing against.
If we come out of this run with 5 wins and 1 draw then we may be looking at a 10 point lead over at least one of Pool or City, potentially both.
Yeah exactly. You need 16 points to go through to the next round (according to Opta simulations), and with 12 after four games we can certainly afford a draw against Bayern. On the other hand, it would be great to win against Kane.
We are kind of lucky that we play the early match on Tuesday, gives us a bit of extra time to get back to London and prepare for the game against Sunderland. Would have been nice if that game was on the Sunday, but the late kick-off on Saturyday will have to suffice.
Yeah agreed, early Tues and late Sat isnāt bad scheduling.
I think weāll definitely see rotation against Prague too, but itās important not to take that too lightly as going 4/4 in the CL before Bayern is needed.
Zero
4
misery guts
And United just feel like losing again but without a crowd. Nice.
Makes a bit more sense.
