Wtf?
Think I caught a glimpse of his schlong dangling around in his shorts. Appears to have some elite girth.
Kid is unreal, wonāt start when the main players are back but honestly doesnāt look out of place at all.
Gotta keep giving him minutes when everyone is fit otherwise heāll piss off elsewhere.
Was really impressed again with MLS today. Very solid defensively and I think was given the start on merit above Kiwior and Zinny. Looks like he has been playing in the first team for years. If I had one criticism, I think he needs to improve his progressive passes, but he isnāt alone in that, and he will improve in this area.
We are fortunate to have promising youngsters in Nwaneri and MLS.
It helps the squad massively, and potentially saves us a lot of money and means we can focus on bringing in a couple of top quality players.
His maturity level is surprisingly impressive.
He is still young and strong like a bull, should be one hell of a solid LB for us in many years, and save us a lot of money.
Hopefully he continues with his impressive form, because if he does, our defensive options look very strong:
LB - Calafiori / MLS
LCB - Gabriel / Calafiori
RCB - Saliba / White
RB - White / Timber
Zinny and Tomi arenāt bad as 7th and 8th choice defenders either.
Man of the match against Ipswich.
Gave Hutchinson a glimpse of what could have been, perhaps if he had stayed.
Heās been quality. I do wonder if full back will be a long time position for him though with us having so many options (when fit).
Coming into a top team like Arsenal as a 18 year old and performing so consistently is unreal.
Loved seeing Kalvin Phillips trying his luck with the new kid on the block but just bouncing off him
He has been a midfielder and most likely become a Partey/Jorginho replacement
Never seen him play in midfield. Is this his style? Always assumed that he was more box to box.
Canāt comment. I only know that he is a midfielder and I am speculating the Partey/Jorginho role for him.
Kalvin Phillips is wank. No idea what Pep saw in him.
And Southgate?
He plays very similar to the āretondo-bullissimoā, in the classical sense though. Thereās quite a difference between the more contemporary version and MLS is quite the former.
MLS is the left #8 we need. In his first 4 starts for the club heās misplaced just 5 passes so he has the technical security on the ball. Quite press resistant to and has the strength of a bull.
Why we sleeping on him as a inverted fullback? Clearly an important role in our game and across other top clubs.
I think him being flexible enough to play across multiple positions and in multiple roles can only be a good thing. Good chance heāll be a England international given his ability to play fullback.
