Any season ticket holders recieve an update on next season? I had to defer my ticket this season. Iāve reached out saying Iād like to take it up for the 20/21 season (sadistic, I know), but of course they canāt confirm anything. No indication of what would happen to those who deferred if fans arenāt allowed all season.
Just renewed my silver membership for next season. Check your emails before you renew because I got a twenty quid discount with a promotional code the club sent out today. Still quite expensive considering I didnāt get to use my membership at all last season but better than nothing.

I didnāt renew last season. 13 years of red membership, must have been closing in on Silver but fuck it, I think only once I couldnāt get a ticket to a game I wanted and that was the time united fucking thumped us in the CL so thank you for that Arsenal ticketing system. More to the point they donāt deserve any more of my money. next time I go Iāll find a ticket through twitter or something.

Chelsea finished 10th. Next season with no European commitments they won the league. I expect nothing less for us with Elneny and Joe Willock as our midfield pivot.

Got my ST back after deferral + Covid. Finally in lower tier too - Block 19. Weāll see how it goes, may try to move to block 4/5/6 next season.
I got an email about renewing my sonās membership, but no option in his account. He was WTOW and now moves to JG. š¤·
No discounts offered for my red memberships. They auto-renew.

Woohoo! Finally got my sonās membership sorted! Canāt wait to take him to his first match. Shame we only have 1 home match in August. Debating if I go on my own so I can check out my new seat for my ST or if I attempt to get him and I a seat in the family enclosure (heās 4 and no way sitting in block 19 near the away fans with me) and sell my seat for that match.

With the new system of these rewards cards and having never sat in the family section, can someone enlighten me on if there is a way to use assign a family section ticket to someone else? If I recall, they canāt be sold on TX, but I was wondering if they can still do ticket transfer.
My son is now 4 and a proper JG. I have a Block 19 season ticket. But Iād like to find someone to swap with when they may want to go without their child. Itās been chaos these last 2 weeks and I forgot to get tickets to Norwich and now the family section is sold out. I know itās a long shot, but was hoping to find someone who might be up for the swap. But again, not sure if they can transfer their tickets.

Hi. Me and a friend recently became red members and I managed to get us our tickets for our first game at the emirates. My Arsenal card has come, do I need to activate that to use the tickets? Or will the tickets come in paper form? Also, if the tickets are card or digital only, when will the tickets appear?

Access to the stadium will be via your Arsenal membership card, which will be loaded with the ticket(s) you have purchased. Please note if you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card, this replaces your previous membership card which will no longer permit you access to Emirates Stadium
Make sure to have access to the mail showing the seat numbers etc for reference too.
There are readers at the turnstile you flash the card under. It shouldnāt need to be activated unless it arrived with instructions to do so.

The cards use NFC so the system will know the tickets are assigned. If you log into your membership account you can see the purchase.
