Man City vs Arsenal (PL) 0-0

I want an unfit Walker to play rather Walker cannot play.

This has been the longest and worst fucking international break ever when you throw in the fa cup break aswell.

Cannot wait for us to be back. I am confident we will turn up and perform.

Feels like it was a decade since we played last

Feel like we’re either gonna win or get smashed. No in-between.

There is no way we lose this, at least we get draw.

I think it’ll be tight and fine margins.

We have a first team that on paper is capable of winning at the Etihad.

I think a draw is the most likely outcome though. It will be low scoring, cagey.

However, a lot depends on the injury situation for both teams. Will Stones and Walker make it? Do we have any issues?

I’m not, I just want to watch a fucking Arsenal game again after another shitter international break.

City 3-1 Arsenal. City don’t lose to rivals in titke run ins.

Guys, let’s have some fun here.

Just guess who will first open the scoring for Arsenal.

If you pick the wrong player, donate $5 to OA.

If you make the right guess, free Arsenal wife swapping membership.

If Arsenal got shut out by City, everyone donates $5 to OA

City own goal doesn’t count.

Anyone interested??

Why is Martinelli still a doubt ? Didn’t Arteta say that it is nothing serious ? More than a month since he has been out now

This was true In previous seasons when we never beat Man City and would also struggle towards the end of the season because lack of depth in quality.

This season we’ve beaten Man City, Liverpool and most of the other top clubs.
But more importantly, we’ve got Rice, Havertz, Raya, with bench players like Jorginho, Ramsdale, Trossard, Zinchenko, Tomiasu, Kiwior, etc, who would get into the first team of most other PL clubs.

Although we might not win the title, Arteta has identified the weaknesses from previous seasons so we’re stronger and don’t seem to be repeating the same mistakes.

I also think we’re going to be even stronger next season. This crop of players are still very young. Outside of Gabriel, Odegaard, Raya, Jorginho, Partey and Ben White the rest of the team are pretty young and have at least 2-3 levels more to grow.

His last app was 4 March against Sheffield United. He’s only missed 2 games for us.

I suspect Arteta will say that Martinelli is a doubt in order to mislead Guardiola.

We badly need his pace for this game. Our best chance of scoring is likely to come on the break

This is the first time ever that we are going to Pep’s City at the Etihad and I expect to match them. They won’t batter us, but I expect a flattering scoreline for them sadly.

Not only that but Klopp won’t be at Liverpool and Man City should get a points deduction.
Like you say, the experience our younger players will have after another season playing together will be a big advantage over our rivals.

I can’t wait personally!

Our biggest league game for the spectacle in about 20 years. This is where you want your club to be!

Yeah I’ve been worried about this game, but I think I’ve accepted whatever may come and am quite zen about it.

However I imagine when I’m in the pub on Sunday I’ll start bricking it haha
