It’s honestly not a huge loss for them.
Not something I’ve considered until I’ve seen someone mention it yesterday.
The situation with Trent, Virgil and Salah will not be ideal for them towards the second half of the season.
If their plan isn’t to stay at Liverpool, it’s likely that they won’t take risks when it comes to their fitness.
Being out injured as a free agent is pretty bad.
They’ve seen it first hand with Matip this year who was playing really well, got seriously injured, as a result Liverpool didn’t offer him a new deal and he ended up retiring this past summer.
Their contract will be sorted soon.
They would have been waiting to see if the new manager is up to their liking.
Arne Slot has done and seems like there’s goodwill. Their contract should be sorted in coming months.
We’ll see. So far from the reporting it sounds like contract talks for all 3 have stalled.
There’s no reason for any of them to rush signing a new deal. As long as they’re healthy they’ve got massive leverage. Liverpool can’t afford to freeze them out of the team.
I do not see Liverpool managing to re-sign all three of them. They’ll probably have to make a choice like they did with Mane and Salah before.

Evidence that nonsense like the above and believing that these players will take it easy and so as to not get injured to ensure that they can get a good move in the summer.
Not when they are strong contenders for another title. Players of that ilk don’t down tools so easy, no matter what their endgame is. You can imagine how important it is to them to leave on a high, if anything, the position they are in means they are going to be more dogged in their approach this season. Ensue Salah super saiyan.

Body language from the top players on the pitch is really important for transmitting calm and confidence to players around you.
When you see the top guys slouch, scream at players for making mistakes and all that BS you can see player sometimes shrink.

Cassano was losing his shit over this the other day. Anyone who still believes that Chiesa is Italy’s best player needs to get their head checked.
He is when I watch him.
I swear I watch him he scores a goal, I watch him play three games he scores in every one of them, then at the end of the season I think to myself that he must have racked up 20 something goals all in all, nope, he scored three goals all season, those three games I watched. And it’s almost the same for the NT 
He should hire me to watch all his games, he would win ballon d’or

There were times during that previous round of negotiations with Salah and Abbas two summers ago when a resolution also seemed unlikely.
It is understood that it was Mike Gordon, Fenway Sports Group’s president and responsible for the day to day running of the club back then, who ultimately decided renewing was the sensible use of resources. That has proved astute, especially as one of the options understood to have been discussed by Jürgen Klopp was to replace Salah was Antony.
