Header would be a reason, but there are multiple reasonS why Arteta wants him, not just one or two.

Yeah, in this video they are highlighting headers as one reason that everyone forgets.

Yeah I don’t think we’d be appealing to his heading qualities in this team.

Arteta is delighted this is going to happen. The Spaniard did everything he could to convince Havertz that a move to Arsenal was best for him, and the player agreed.

Havertz believes that playing for Arteta and Arsenal was the best project, not just in England, but throughout the whole of Europe.

Havertz thinks Arteta’s style, ideas and plans will only help make him a better player.

Interestingly, a lot of Arsenal’s players have been messaging Havertz.

Huge fan of this move. So glad that we got him. There is a serious player there

Be honest, a video like that won’t change my mind on him.
He is still the Havertz that I know. Like Ozil, like Poldi, they are not the hard pressing type player.
Nope, never was
However, Kai does have a good body built and size.
Which is a surplus.

All I’m hearing is ‘‘we signed a failed Prem player’’ from so many, but real ones know Havertz is fucking class.

Yeah and Bergkamp, Henry, Vieira “failed” in a strong Serie and, Odegaard in La Liga…

I take some comfort that several players have previously failed at Chelsea and gone on to be top class players. KDB and Salah come to mind! Chelsea haven’t had that much stability either since Havertz has been at the club and has been played in different positions. He always seems to be picked though, which is encouraging. I still have reservations but I do have faith in Arteta and Edu. Would love him to come to Arsenal and become the player he was in Germany.

Two things can be true. He is a flop so far but it’s up to Mikel to figure out how to use the huge amount of raw talent

@FabrizioRomano

He might think that but his PR certainly told him to tell the media. :grinning:

This makes a lot of sense. You saw with Xhaka he didn’t have the right qualities going forward for that position behind the striker next to Odegaard. He just wasn’t quick enough with the ball to make us tick properly. Haverts make sense there. We will have to see how that works out in transition when we lose the ball.

In the whole universe I woulda said.

Hi guys, I hope you’ve all had a good weekend thus far. Here’s a video detailing all you need to know about Kai Havertz and why I believe he’s the perfect fit for Arsenal in under 4 minutes for those interested. It’s no coincidence the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich inquired about his availability in this window, and I’m dead certain that Arteta won’t misuse him in the manner Chelsea have over the years. Please do let me know what you think and feel free to answer any questions you may have, cheers!
