Sure, thatâs how traditional fullbacks used to be(and some still are). Most of them were indeed failed wingers.
But I donât think thatâs how he wasused yesterday. He was pretty much involved in all phases of the game. Defending, building up and being a a threat in the box.
He had a very good game and even his manager thought he was their best player.

Yeah, I saw the comp in the morning but for whatever reason they only included a subset of the stuff he did.
