Jack Wilshere

I feel like he should probably do something like coaching.

Although heā€™d be a liability, heā€™d still do a better job than Xhaka. :grinning:

Needed saying for part of the fanbase that by Arteta.
Glad it was tbh.

Confirmed as talks just to train with the club, which other players have done in the past, so that would be fine.

Why? Loads of clubs do this for former players.

These guys are heartless, ice boxes in their chests the lot of 'em

Kenny Sansom is off the ale maybe give him a go at left back while were at it too.

The last thing we need to be doing is even entertaining the idea of Wilshere playing for us again. If training here for a while helps him get a Championship move - excellent.

He really wouldnā€™t.

ā€œI wouldnā€™t take it that far.ā€

lol Iā€™m still of the mind that Wilshere should play out-wide and be a poor mans imitation of Jack Grealish.

Better than Xhaka. Sign him up

From the interviews it seems Jack has found himself in a bit of a quagmire. Heā€™s having to deal with knowing his value as a footballer is diminishing. His son is also cognisant of this and is on the end of teasing as a result of Jackā€™s injury history.

So itā€™s good to have him back around the training ground purely from a human standpoint. Football is all he knows and having him return to his footballing home is sure to provide a boost.

Didnā€™t AFC do this with Diaby?

Too many rumours about this. Arteta denied it again in his last presser. Weā€™ll see.

Yeah itā€™s grown a bit this week. Better not be true. Even if heā€™s on the bench for a month and doesnā€™t play a minute itā€™s just dumb and an awful look on the club.

Can see it happening until the end of the season. Cover for Partey during AFCON

I donā€™t mind it as cover tbh if true
