Jack Wilshere

Youre right, cos I was casually assuming that MLS would be a better option for a crock than the Championship because its bound to be more easy going than the traditionally physical Championship.

MLS continues to have a reputation as being a retirement league because of guys like Beckham, Keane, Henry and Gerrard but most of the teams have pivoted towards identifying younger talent, especially from South America. There’s a lot of physical play plus some teams play on turf which isn’t exactly crock friendly.

I think he said he was doing his coaching badges and wanted to get into managing.
So perhaps, if he does go to somewhere like Derby, he might get a coaching role there, along with his mate Rooney.

Chamberlain has never been a starter. And Giroud and Ramsey are shit players. They should never been rated as highly as they were whilst at Arsenal.

Sounds like he got through 90 minutes in the League Cup today. Anyone else keen on a cheeky bid as a cheap option if we can’t get Partey or Aouar?

Nah Wilshire is rubbish, another of the overhyped youngsters from hale end.

Wow that’s pretty bad he should just retire

Really rough for a player of his talent to have been kicked to the curb like this, but you can understand why West Ham don’t want a player on their books who can’t make it to 10 matches in a season.

It’s so sad how badly injuries killed him.

His base level must be truly woeful now if that’s the truth.

Sad as hell all things considered.

Wouldn’t be fit enough. Have to turn up for every game.

When this guy broke out in 2010 we were talking about future captain and stuff like that. Pity.

Always wonder how much of a role Wenger played in destroying his career.

Charlton need players, but seriously really sad for Jacky boy

Jackie Charlton

I’m actually really gutted for him. Injuries have fucked his career. I know people like the ā€œwell he earns enough money, he’ll be fineā€ line. But money really isn’t everything. Sometimes you just want to do what you love.

One thing Jack Wilshere has always wanted to do is play football. It’s a real shame he hasn’t been able to do that for most of the last few years.

exactly this, he may be rich but the injuries and thinking about what could have been for him are most likely really bad for his mental health

Preach. Mental health needs more awareness. Hopefully Boris is listening.
