In my opinion, the only time the US bluffs when it comes to Israel is when they are trying to pretend that they don’t approve of what Israel has done and are acting like they’ll decrease support/aid.

No doubt U.S. is supporting Israel, but it does not mean they are going to do exactly everything they tell the public. Sometimes more, sometimes less, and sometimes none.

The BBC article right above, it says that the US State Department has informed Congress of its plans to sell 8bn worth of arms to Israel. This is reported across the board, by Al Jazeera, The Times, CNN, CBS, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and many many more.
It’s a fact that the Biden administration has said that they plan to do this, it’s not speculation or rumour, they’ve literally told Congress that this is what they want to do.
