Unfortunately Mike Jones has retired
Never really seen it mentioned on here tbh.
Phil Dowd, thereâs a cunt from the past.
Out of the current lot, I fucking hate Michael Oliver. No surprise that our win percentage with him is fucking abysmal. Plan B looking bellend. He was also the twat who sent off Martinelli in unprecedented circumstances with the double yellow card
Not after that ridiculous stunt he pulled at Wolves with Martinelli. Weâll never see anything like that again.
What was that again?
Iâll never forget when he sent Di Maria off at Old Trafford helping us win that game and get through to the next round of the FA cup, wining it for the first in 10 years lol
That was us going for back to back fa cups not the end of the trophy draught one
Oh was it?? Even better then ![]()
tbf I knew that wasnât the spelling but cba fixing the autocorrect
Canât believe weâve got a decent win rate under that little fat cunt moss.
Absolute horrendous ref again today.
The Villa guy was clearly holding Ramsdale for their goal. So many of their fouls werenât properly punished as they should be yet he carded ours as youâd expect
So pleased we got what we deserved from the match in spite of him
And we had a penalty
Holding players is allowed apparently, especially if the player being held plays for us.
We really should be able to read the match reports and hear the VAR audio. It may not automatically raise the level of officiating but it would certainly help expose how inconsistent it is.
No idea why their goal stood. Holding and blocking the keeper. Only Arsenal have decisions like that reviewed and upheld. Corrupt bastards.
And Saka was literally picked up and thrown out of the way. No penalty? Fucking joke.
That bastard Ramsey should have been sent off and all.
Got 3 points in spite of the referees doing everything possible to fuck us over.
All the more reason we should have access to what their thought process is and the camera angles they saw. I personally donât think itâs a foul on their goal until the Villa player puts his arms behind him to pin Ramsdale.
Should Ramsdale have made a bigger deal about it? I guess. I guess he could have brought in an Arsenal player to stand in between himself and the Villa player. I just donât really get the refâs thought process on it unless he didnât see the angle showing the reverse hug.
The Mings on Saka body slam was just laughable but I think it fell into that âtoo early in the match to giveâ category that a weak ref would fall back on.
Sign of the progress we have made. Instead of post match complaints about refereeing decisions costing us points, we are now eliminating that from the equation. We still complain about incompetence but itâs not costing us.
I donât think they got the Villa goal decision wrong. Ramsdale initiated just as much of the contact. The Villa player is allowed to stand in front of Ramsdale, but Ramsdale made it very hard for VAR to disallow the goal due to having his hands all over Kamara.
If we are upset by the contact then surely Villa could argue a penalty could have been given had the goal not stood.
The thread will be busy at the weekend. 36% win percentage under this guy.
