If you see the replays, the ref had his view obstructed so there’s no way he saw for certain a handball there. He just guessed and got it wrong, but because he got it wrong and VAR couldn’t prove it was handball or not, they stuck with the wrong call.
Cos their players said hand ball…and refs a Pool fan
Refs are learning, if you give the decision against Arsenal, then VAR can always hide behind “stick with on field”…watch moving forward how many times the onfield will be negative. Newcastle goal he gave it onfield and here this donkey immediately declared no goal…
Dalot got the Martinelli treatment. PGMOL are so, so soft. Sending off a player like that was truly embarrassing.
Give him a yellow and be done with it. This game is fucking emotional. Even when people play for fun people will get mad, kick the ball away or get angry when they don’t get the call they expected.
If someone puts their hands on you I get it but they’re actively trying to make everything robotic, as if it wasn’t already with these nerd tactics everyone is using now.
Things like the Dalot double booking might be funny if referees were generally decent. But when they constantly let assault and various challenges go, yet get their cards out for this stupid crap, we end up siding with our enemies!
