Is there a replay somewhere? It looked to me that the ball unexpectedly slowed down while it was in the air because of the wind and he was too slow to react.
My commentator thought the same.
He shouldāve been more alert though, Iād give you that. Put a killer in that situation, he gets a touch at the very least. Iād argue even Havertz gets a touch of that.
Heās basically fucking useless to us. Need to get rid of him and replace him with someone who can actually contribute meaningfully.

Good thing about last season is that he still made an impact. He was only behind Saka when it came down to G/A p90.
So him coming off the bench was still an asset.
Heās nowhere near that currently. Confidence is in the gutter. Mustāve sunk in for him that heās lost his starting spot for good.
Hard to see him recapturing his form from last season, let alone pre-WC 22.
Tough to see Sterling go in January due to the nature of his deal, but I think it is worth exploring options for Jesus.

He was declining as a goal scorer before signing with us but now he isnāt the same level physically, sharpness particularly in attacking actions has dropped
