Erling Haaland šŸ¤–

He’s off to Madrid once Pep is off City imo

I think there’s opening there for Barca next year with Lewa possibly leaving.

I thought Isak would’ve been the favourite to take over had he stayed at Newcastle but he forced a move to Liverpool.

Don’t see it. However Barcelona has a wide open vacancy up front…

Unless he’s got another one of those funky release clauses he isn’t going anywhere.

Haaland doesn’t scream Barcelona player at all.

Madrid or even back to Germany with Bayern once Kane fucks off. He’ll have a good couple years at city left first.

Lewa didn’t scream Barca either, but he went there.

He’s one of the few superstars in the game today. It’s either him or Kane really as players that can take on Mbappe goalscoring wise.
I guess Kane could be considered as well. Alvarez to a lesser extend but I can’t see Atleti selling their best player to Barca again.

It’s more of a picture in my mind type thing than necessarily a stylistic fit I’m referring to.

Haaland in the white Madrid shirt just feels right, in the blue and red stripes it doesn’t go.

Obviously that means fuck all in the scheme of it, while Mbappe is banging then that spot just isn’t open.

It’s ridiculous that the best striker in Europe is at a money laundering club with the sort of support that some Championship clubs have.

I dunno. Sounds right enough for modern football to me.

Its a bit nuts it’s took Norway so long to qualify for a tournament with him as their striker

A goal a game in every competition, club or international. That’s a ridiculous scoring rate. He’s going to obliterate every scoring record, injury permitting.

Not sure about that. The caveat with the international record is that he’ll be able to statpad more easily because Norway will face farmers like Moldova, Cyprus and Kazakhstan.

He’s on 342 goals in total currently. He’s 25. Say he manages to play till 38(which is still not easy despite his regiment), he’ll have to score about 50 goals a season to break Ronaldo’s (still growing) record.

CR7 international record is unbelievably stat padded

I didn’t say otherwise, did I?

Point taken, Haaland needs to be active in his mid-late 30s to match Ronaldo’s goal stats.
I can, however, see him being productive even in late 30s.

I think it’ll all depend on how he transitions post 30s.
He’s someone that relies on his physicality quite a bit. Father time comes from everyone.

I think he’s got more in him as a player so I feel should be able to do it bur you never know.
Also, the level he’ll be playing at will be important.

Saw his first goal against Everton now. Yet another header with an outrageous leap.
He seems to have finally gotten the hang of it. Imagine this dude in our current team. Fucking hell, PL and CL wrapped up.

We’ll win the league anyway wizh Gyoketes scoring 4 lragie goals, who cares about that absolute cubt haha!!

Haaland has his own channel nice to see he still grounded
