Didn’t see the Villa match today - that they lost - but apparently a lot of people did, even though it was probably the 4th best PL match available to watch.
But I am confident in my opinion that Buendia is average at best.

There’s elements of Santi but Emi has more flair. That South American sauce is strong.
He really missed a trick rushing his transfer in the summer. Would have served him better moving into a more possession based team so he can actually do his magic with the ball.
Interesting if he can get his numbers up in the second half of the season now that Villa appear more organized under Gerrard.
