If Palace really do want Nelson, then I would think that the negotiations will go smoothly. They get their release clause minus Ā£10-15m for Nelson.
Probably the only sticking point will be payment terms. Thereās a mutually beneficial way to get this done. Letās get a few others out of the door to keep the accountants happy in the meantime.

Trossard would actually do very well in those positions behind/around Mateta, on both sides.
Including him in the swap would be very good for both clubs imo.
Although Iām not sure how much would they want a player of his age, or would Trossard be willing to take a (most likely) pay cut.

I see Nketiah is on the same wages at Palace as Trossard here. I donāt see why they wouldnāt give that to Tross who is surely a more productive player.
