You planing a trip back now you don’t have to isolate mate?

Just booked tickets this morning for a trip in November so I guess there’s time for it to change still.

I was in Copenhagen early October so had to self-isolate earlier on anyway.

Fucking hell, Wales has completely lost the plot :man_facepalming:t3:

Surely duvets and pillows are essential enough? Not the kind of thing people just buy for a laugh?

I guess the argument is if you’re the only place open selling them then you’ll be bombarded by people that want them rather than people who just want food?

Yeah saw this story yesterday

But they haven’t been given a list of what is classed as essential, so they’re just guessing.

I guess one argument is that if stores that sell non essentials have to close, then in the spirit of fairness shops that can stay open shouldn’t be able to sell those items either

Wales seems to have lost the plot anyway going into a full scale March lockdown

I wonder if alcohol is classed as essential

Fucking shit show

People can probably get through that security layer too I’d imagine.

:man_shrugging: This is nuts :joy:

Id say he’s answered his own question with the transport.

How do people get to the cinema?

Stadiums aren’t gonna have a bigger capacity than the cinemas. Plus it’s outside lol. It seems stupid imo

3,000 people were at our match last night. You reckon a limited capacity cinema screen seats more than that?

Moyes wants 25% of a 60000 seater full.

That’s more than a lot of attendances of a lot of football matches in normal times.

:joy: fair enough but I don’t think it would have been as high here? The two test events in Scotland was only 300.

Probably can’t happen tbh. To much headache. I think going to a cinema to watch a match would be class tho haha

Tell you what though 6.99 over 15 quid PPV is a winner.

So rolling 14 day case average for Melbourne is 4.6 yet cafes, pubs and restaurants still only take away, retail all closed, only 4 reasons to leave home, and 25km radius in place… thoughts @rednwhitearmy?

Yeah, it doesn’t bother me. But it does explicitly imply that he has no confidence in the track and trace he set up.

I think expectations for this gov are so low.

The Bishop of Paisley has asked if there could be a 24-hour ā€œcircuit-breakerā€ put in place on December 25, comparing it with the ceasefire on the Western Front during the First World War.

He said: ā€œPerhaps we should consider a Christmas ā€˜circuit-breaker’. A 24-hour lifting of restrictions on gatherings and celebrations, a break in the war on Covid, just like the pause in the First World War on the Western Front in 1914, when the British and German troops laid down their guns and met in no man’s land to celebrate Christmas.ā€

Have you ever heard of such nonsense in your life :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

Don’t compare a fucking war to a pandemic you nutter.
