Chat shit about AJ as much as we want but let’s not forget he reinvigorated a heavyweight division that spent the best part of a couple decades screaming for entertainment and hype.
I actually wasn’t too surprised with Dubois last night. His performances against top quality opponents recently in Usyk, Hrgovic, Miller (kinda) showed he was very much on an upwards trajectory. Well done to him.
FWIW aswell I’ve never been AJ’s biggest fan but criticism of him is stretched atm!

Yeah people really do forget that he single handedly breathed life back into the heavyweight division again.
He’s the biggest draw in British boxing history. Nobody even comes close.
When all is said and done he’ll retire a two time unified champion, Olympic gold medalist and probably as the heavyweight who went the furthest on the most limited skill set.

It’ll sell. Outside of Bakole there isn’t another fight you want to see Dubois in before the year is out.
Completely agree. AJ has done loads for the sport and he has performed in some huge fights. He got hot with a viscous shot and never recovered. He can come back from this.
AJ vs Zhang in China, Whyte as a co main on a Saudi card or Fury are still fights which are very interesting.

I think some people forget sometimes these guys are 6’5+ and weigh between 110-130kg.
These guys pack serious serious punches lol. Heavyweight boxing is the one punch division.
