At what point do the WBC step in and make Usyk the mandatory challenger.

I don’t get Team fury’s strategy, clear he wants to maximise earnings but the dodging big fight allegations look to be true. We’re never going to see AJ v Fury, doesn’t look like Usyk v Fury will happen either

If team Usyk is very confident of beating Fury they should just take 35 or 40 split just to resolve the matter, knowing they can market a win, undefeated and unified status in the States more effectively and gain bigger paydays down the road. It just a fact Usyk doesn’t have a strong draw at this point.

Or counter offer a winner-take-all scenario

Sounds increasingly like our game at the Etihad

Usyk made him an offer. 60 to the winner, 40 to the loser.

He said no.

I would not accept that offer! lol

Fan of his in the past, but the whole fury clan get on my tits nowadays. You got Tommy fury parading with a belt, calling himself a boxing champion, off the back of beating a YouTuber. Tyson claiming he’ll do this or that and then going back on his word every time. It’s boring.

Funny to see Fury claim he doesn’t care about money and then price himself out of fights

Just like it’s funny to see him say he’d beat Usyk and Joshua in the same night then turn down a 60-40 split for the winner lol

Fury is the bigger draw though - he’s right.

When Fury squashes Usyk, 60/40 isn’t the right split.

Usyk got 50% against AJ who’s a bigger draw than both

50-50 is the fair split in this fight. No two ways about it.

And even if you think 60-40 is fair nobody can say 70-30 is fair

50/50 in the first fight? No way in hell did he.

50/50 in the second fight tells you everything you need to know. Where else does a challenger get half of the purse in the Heavyweight division?

Second fight bro

AJ is the cash cow of boxing. Him and Canelo are never the b side

Had to be. So despite having three belts and defeating the challenger in the previous fight, Usyk took 50/50 against a challenged. The Fury fight is a bigger money fight, Fury is a champion and the fact that Usyk’ teamhave put forward 60/40 shows that they know who the draw is here.

I’m a big Fury dick-rider, and even I can see he’s being a cock and avoiding fights.

Fury fight is a bigger money fight than what?

I makes no sense that he’d fight Wlad (technically) and Wilder in their back yards but be afraid of Usyk - it’s nonsensical.

Anything else that Usyk could find himself in.
