3 660ml bottles throughout the meal was the sweet spot for me. Absolutely essential that it’s served as cold as.
I used to finish off with a Drambuie and an Irish coffee. Fond memories. There are not many decent Indian restaurants close to where I live.

Never tried it, however, I did bring a few bottles of 3 year old Havana stuff bakc, at £3 off for 1 ltr bottles it was rude leaving it there.

I love drinking in Greece.
5 Cuba Libres, 5 Mojitos, a Long Island Ice Tea, a tumbler near full of Disaronno, two shots of blueberry vodka, 2 Mango Slush Puppies, 2 cokes and a ginger ale came to €101.
And unlike in England, they don’t scientifically measure the spirits, they just free pour that shit, meaning those 10 cocktails all had more than a double measure.
Fuck England.

Totally agree.
There seems to be this resistance to allowing Brits to enjoy themselves. Got to just give you a small measure, can’t have you enjoying your drink like you would at home.
It’s a bit like the cannabis laws in Britain which are now among the strictest in the world. Let us grow our own, knock the dealers out of the chain by selling it at licenced outlets and increase the drug/driving limit which is currently so low that if you’ve had 1 joint in the last week you get nicked.
We’re here to work, make money for the rich and not ask too many question. Enjoy yourself but only in a way that those in charge can limit. Fuck England.
I went to a Mexican restaurant tonight and had a Largarita and it’s changed my life.
(A standard Margarita turned into a tall drink by topping it up with Corona)

Just in the door from a beer festival.
I sampled some incredible beers and i also paid a fiver for the worst tasting beer i have ever drank.
Good day out though. Basically find a mate who enjoys a sip and head along to one of these.

I don’t mind a Corona but it isn’t a great beer. A Margarita is a classic and needs to be treated with some respect. This feels like a Jagerbomb!

it’s Corona/Modelo/etc. topped up with tomato juice, Tabasco, limed and tajin (blend of Mexican spices).
It is an absolute banger - especially on a hot day!
I just think of Dot Cotton when anyone mentions Tomato Juice! Do people still actually drink this?
