I really don’t see how anyone can have any evidence to question laca’s commitment level?
If anything that’s the one guaranteed thing he’s always brought, whether you think he’s shit or not.
Wouldn’t be concerned about him putting any less effort between now and May tbh.

They really love him over there.
I think their fans wanted Aulas to bring him back for years now.

Kind of wish he had just stayed there in the first place lol

Let’s gooooooo Laca baby, 4 more months of the best striker we’ve seen since RVP!

Hopefully they give him a good three year offer that is far more attractive than whatever one or two year deal Arteta might be tempted to give him.
That’s funny to get him back for nothing after fleecing Arsenal

Yeah you’d hope we can get rid of this guy asap. I’d be mortified if we extended his contract given he’s been a £50m downgrade on Giroud lol

I’d have them about on par as players, it was just Lacazette cost nearly 50 million quid which stings.

The defining difference for me is that Giroud could actually get into dangerous areas consistently he just was wasteful. Laca barely fashions a good chance

I mean Giroud got more than 100 goals for us and Lacazette isn’t even close to that for us

Giroud was 100 in 250 odd or so, Lacazette 70 in 190 or so, it isn’t the biggest difference, especially when Giroud played ahead of Cazorla, Ozil and Sanchez.

It’s a pointless argument and splitting hairs though.
Bottom line is since RVP left at the end of 11/12, the only striker we’ve had at the required level was Auba for 2.5 season in a decade.

Hope it wasn’t the Burnley game or that’s more stick coming his way.
