I think Isaak would prefer us, especially as London is a far more attractive place than Liverpool but with players like Salah, TTA and VVD possibly leaving, they will be more desperate to sign him, so might offer more.
Anything around 150m means it’s likely he’ll be our only top quality signing so it might be better to go for a striker and LW like Gyokeres and Willliams for about the same money.
Even if Newcastle botch what seemed an expected CL place next season, Isak would have to really agitate for a move to take place, and whenever we’ve heard the likes of Ornstein address this there’s no suggestion that seems to be the case.
Isak is coming to The Arsenal…that is why we did nothing in January window…can feel it in my left testicle.

I just don’t see Newcastle selling unless its an absurd price that neither Arsenal nor Liverpool will be comfortable paying, especially after the associated party transaction ruling that gives them license to print as much phony revenue as they want.

I think looking for signs Arsenal will sign Isak is a really easy way to get disappointed. Even if he moves, I don’t think we’ll go for him seriously. And I think that’s because Sesko is the club’s man.

He’s going to Anfield. We’re not going anywhere near Newcastle’s valuation as we need to reinforce in multiple positions but I bet Liverpool rob him for less than £100m.
