Liverpool, yes they’ve done better than us in Europe since the start of the the 2000’s, can’t ignore that and we have been utter dross in Europe. But domestically, even just off the top of my head we’ve been more successful than them, 2 leagues, 7 fa cups to their 1 league and 3 fa cups.
Everyone else likes to play on history, but when we do it it’s always fucking you haven’t won this or that, but Liverpool 1 domestic league title since their last one in 89/90, that’s piss poor…for as much grief as we get these cunts should have more.
We’re fucking big, no qualms about it, historically, infrastructurally, financially, in terms of trophies, in terms of pull and our names are in the history books too so fuck the lot of them because they hate it!
if that was even remotely true it is just dumb beyond belief i can’t believe that absolute idiot could write such a thing. ‘Worried by Arsenals lack of attacking structure’ We have no attackers and the ones we have scraped together have a different position almost each match.
It is like going to a big company and being interviewed for a management role and being like ‘i am nervous about managing this company because management seems to be not very structured.’ well YES that is why we are investing there turnip.
“Concerns about Arteta’s lack of attacking system”
Now that’s purley made up lol
He can have concerns about our general competitiveness maybe. Maybe he wants a better club, although we would be a big step forward for him. I could also understand him wanting to join the champions in stead of us, who haven’t won it in 20 years.
But that part is just purely made up because of our poor recent form and all the talk about our attack. Absolute twitter nonsense made up by some 17 year old.
I mean with all things being equal, what would be the deciding factor that would make Isak choose Arsenal over Liverpool?
Wages, I think both clubs could offer him what he wanted
In terms of long-term future, I assume both are very solid - though Liverpool will lose VVD, Trent and Salah soon
Managers, it’s hard to see what Slot’s real level is like; next season is the real test for him methinks
Trophies; Liverpool clear us in most but we have more FA Cups, plus I can’t imagine we’ll be any worse than we are now for next season when all our players come back
Could the ‘attacking style’ be the deciding factor? Liverpool’s setup is designed to pepper the opponent’s with goals, where as our build up is more conservative. That said, the last time Liverpool outscored us in a league campaign was in 2021/2022.
