Oh snap, I’ve just remembered we’re getting Mox v Punk.
That “garbage wrestling” comment could actually be integrated in all of this.
Punk needs to be a full-on Corny proxy in that promo battle.
“You did documentaries where you worship a bank robber that specializes in death matches. You drank yourself to death while your poor wife sat at home raising your newborn daughter. You Mox, you’re not the champion of AEW, you’re the champion of garbage pro wrestling.”
Can’t quite put my finger on it but he looks different.
Also, seems to stumbling his words at times.
Anyway, happy he is still around. One of my favourite wrestlers of all time time believe or not.

Lost a lot of size you can see but that’s necessary for his health.
These guys blast so much steroids and also put so much strain and stress on themselves with travel and working on a high pressure environment. It’s also a very physical profession so it’s a recipe for an early grave.

Probably lost quite bit of extra weight that he was carrying on. Perhaps you are onto something about him being happier.
I think it’s moreso him not trying to act tough and speak in a “masculine” way of sorts. He seems very positive and appreciative of being alive.
Love what he said about sleep. Him and his wife were notorious for going hard with work, not sleeping enough and training a lot in the little free time they had instead of resting.

I’ve seen loads of speculation about who Seth’s opponent will be tonight but I haven’t actually seen it confirmed he’s wrestling anyone.
He has a match? I thought it was cancelled?
Me too but I’ve read loads of people speculating on who his opponent is going to be. But as far as I know WWE haven’t even mentioned replacing the match.

I do have a “theory” on Theory’s fate tonight btw:
Pretty much everyone expects Ziggler to somehow screw him up and possibly feud for the briefcase later on. Knowing Vince, he could have been planning a swerve all along. Ziggler may actually end up helping Theory win the US Title or successfully cash in his MITB contract. Ziggler appeared on The Bump this week and strangely bigged up Theory and said how much he reminds him of himself and how he sees him becoming the guy to carry the company in the future. Just food for thought.
Last time I was excited about wrestling, Alan Smith was playing up front for us
