Feel like a lot of people will have enjoyed Summerslam just because of the optimism surrounding HHH appointment as head of pretty much everything

I liked the main event personally. However, that was a Vince McMahon produced match for sure.
I do feel Triple H did have some input in the event but Vince probably made the final shots.
Perhaps that was his final show although I think it’ll be like as long as Vince is alive.
Vince will be all over the major storylines, Triple H will have more freedom with the rest but ultimately Vince will have the final say on things.
Tbf, that’s not a bad dynamic. Vince has a good vision for main event stories, the issue is when he starts micromanaging other stuff and comes up with stuff like Mae Young giving birth to a hand.
They pretty much elevated 5 stars in 1 night. Great show.

Definite honeymoon period grace for HHH driving some of the feedback. It’s getting a lot of positive talk but I thought it was distinctly middling for a WWE ppv.
Really? I think the show had some average matches in there but I actually thought it was perhaps a 7-7.5/10.
Becky v Bianca, Logan v Miz, Usos V Profits and Roman v Brock were all very good.
Especially the main event I thought was one of their best matches in some time and actually stands as a very good finale for the Roman V Brock compared to their WM match which didn’t really click.
Let’s hope Ric is alive after this.
I loved the main event. Was the best Lesnar reigns match to date and hopefully the last. If this is what a Triple H led WWE is like then I’m all for it

Belair being robotic does annoy me but she had a great match with Becky.
Edge I have no fucking clue what happened. His return was actually handled perfectly up to a point and since the Miz feud it’s been going downhill.
