Good player , if he wasn’t any good he wouldn’t have played for Chelsea, William would have been an icon at Shyte Hart Plane

I agree.
You don’t go from being one of the most hard working and influential players for Chelsea, to being as poor as he has for us, without a good reason.

He either hasn’t been motivated or he has a poor attitude and is probably a bit of both.
There’s no excuse for some of his displays but he is still a decent player and it’s up to Arteta to get the best out of him.
