I mean the first half of the movie is decent. Then it just stops making any sense.

Watched this the other night. Very good acting and dialogue. Steve Carell delightful as always.
The main premise is three tech billionaires and a poor half billionaire meet up for a mountain retreat as the world descends into chaos around them.
As a story itās really well orchestrated. My only gripe is it could have been so much more. They kind of let all four bastards off the hook at the end.

I fucking loved this one. As much as Ryan Reynolds can be an annoying little shit he was hilarious in this. Great soundtrack too.

Such a great film. One of those character studies where the storyline is actually pretty unimportant to the film itself.
Thereās so many films available on full on YouTube right now it seems.

Is Predators really bad? Thats the one with Adrien Brody right? Bunch of murderers etc are on the Predator planet instead of Earth?
I was watching a review from two dudes whose opinions I quite like, and they said it was pretty good, maybe better than Predator 2. Which surprised me, cos I feel like Iāve only ever seen people say that Predators sucked lol.
Iāve only seen Predator and Predator 2, but am keen to watch some more. They made Predators seem quite good, thought I might watch before watching some of the even more recent ones.

You have this cool concept of the best killers on earth being abducted and released on a planet for the predators to hunt but itās boring as hell. Plus they only abducted humans like if itās a game hunt planet they think they abducted other aliens at the same time and have a battle royale going on.
Its been awhile since I watched it so might be a explanation for it.
But I be interested to hear Ur thoughts on this film and others after U watched them.

I think I might just go through in order of release and check them out. I love the first two, and I hear so many good things about some of the more recent ones, so I think Iām just gonna vommit to watching sll of them, even if a couple might not be that good.
Iām not including any of the AVP ones here lol.

Iām particularly looking forward to that one, as it seems to have nothing but rave reviews.
Itās so original, and awesome to see a strong female lead who is just a strong character and her gender has nothing to do with it and doesnāt feel shoehorned.
Just a badass film.
