Anyone seen Spiderman yet?
It’s got insane reviews so far

I’m going Monday
Yeah those sort of reviews are like saying Salah is the best player in the world. Recency bias. Let things cool down and its true rating will shine through.
Having said that, I do want to watch it. It’s probably the last superhero film I will watch in cinema. It’s been done to death now.
Yes, I have.
It’s good, certainly not a 9.2, that’s obviously a ludicrous score lol.
Do you have a single waking moment when you aren’t thinking about Liverpool and trying to find a way to denigrate them in one way or another? ![]()

L’Avventura (1960)
A group of rich Italians take a boat out to a deserted island in the Mediterranean for a day swim. When they arrive one of the women, Anna, goes missing after a conversation with her fiance leaves fractures in their relationship and her future. The rest of the party being to search the rather small island for her, a search which would lead back onto the Italian mainland. While searching, her best friend and her fiance being to fall for one another.
This was really good, I was hooked on the story, (which is very well written) - trying to figure out what had happened Anna and what would become of her friend and fiance’s burgeoning romance. The scenery is beautiful, as is Monica Vitti. Would certainly watch this one again. ![]()
Fuck Spider-man, this is going to be my nerdy cinematic event of the year
Finally a good copy out, going to watch it either tonight or tomorrow, really love Kaya Scodelario as Claire Redfield.
Bet it’s going to suck and I won’t even care.
How about fuck you
Rewatched Bill Murray’s Scrooged. It has some good parts, but it’s mostly a lot of screaming. 6/10.
I love this film.
Bill Murray is a frickin genius
Where can this be watched?
Nice try Mr FBI
Spiderman was a good watch. Only problem was getting used to a packed theatre again with loud and crying kids affecting the viewing, especially annoying if you have forked out to watch it in a premium format like IMAX, 3D, etc. Had to watch it a second time for that reason.
I’m on a Monty Python watching spree lately. Finished Life of Bryan and now watching The Holy Grail. They’re both as awful as I remember. I’m partial to Meaning of Life which in my opinion is their best film.
Thank you!
Life of Brian must be the most overrated dross I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t make me laugh once throughout it’s entirety
Spiderman NWH 7/10
The Matrix Resurrections…I won’t give this film a rating, but I was thoroughly disappointed. Happy I didn’t watch this in the cinema as I would have been bummed. So bummed that I’d consider walking out of the cinema and choosing sleep.
