What are you watching?

Interior Chinatown.

Nearly finished it - the show started well but has petered out towards the end.

Currently working my way through the Sopranos. Never seen it before.

Lucky bastard. Would love to be able to banish it from my memory to watch it all over again.

I was too young to watch it when it was originally around but always heard about it obviously. I only saw the Godfather for the first time like a month ago haha and that was pretty much a gateway to watching the Sopranos.

Luca 2021.

Underrated Pixar.

A film about food based insults? :pires2: :henry2:

I’m at the COSM venue in LA. They also show Premier League games.

Been watching a documentary on STV since 10pm on the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami.

Very harrowing and sad. I knew it was a bad one but didn’t realise it was not only the deadliest national disaster of the 21st century but one of the deadliest in history.

Hearing from all the survivors and about the people they lost make it all very real.

Finished watching Squid Game 2 on Netflix. As good, if not better than the first series. Darker tone which I enjoyed. Not saying anything else, but interested if others watched and enjoyed as well.

It was good but the novelty about what made Squid game 1 so good has worn off.

Been watching a bit of Prison Break season 1 and it reminded how long those early-mid 2000’s seasons were! One episode a week back then, you could be watching a season spread out over half a year. Mental thinking back on it.

Great television that. Then the biggest fall off i can remember of any show ever from season 1 to 2.

I remember enjoying season two but third season onwards was where I noticed the drop off in quality. It’s one of those where they should’ve had it all wrapped up after a maximum of two seasons but due to its popularity they had to extend it.

One thing I’ve noticed more in season 1 on a second rewatch, is the amount of cliffhangers used at the ad breaks. Cheap tricks for me, which knowing the outcome doesn’t work a second time round.

I do rate it as the best ever drama series, personally

It’s up there with Breaking Bad and The Sopranos that also have great characters and brilliant storylines.
