All 6 episodes are available on iPlayer btw.

Good to see the BBC aren’t living in 1995 for a change.

Binged it all last night and tonight.

Its fucking excellent. One of the best thrillers I’ve watched.

BBC have started 2022 well :fire::fire: :clap::clap:

I think I watched the UK version at the same time. Anyways, they came out with another series of UK about a year ago that I missed. I watched it yesterday… and it was really quite good.

The best episode for me was episode 4. But episodes 2 & 3 brought up some issues about society that were really quite impressive. Episode 2 with Kit Harrington was about rape and false rape accusations and episode 3 was about what could possibly go wrong with those pa*do hunters.

Worth a watch.

Binge watched a few things this last week. The Tourist and The Girl Before on BBC. And Stay Close on Netflix. Would recommend all three to anyone who likes crime/thrillers.

Is Stay Close better than The Stranger?

Watched Your Honour thorough over the last week or so. It’s well acted and all but hard to take seriously if i’m being honest.

I thought so. Though with these I always flip back to the books, so The Stranger lost points for changing the gender of the stranger  along with a million other differences. Stay Close has changes too, but premise is same and I think it’s more interesting than The Stranger.

To be fair, they also weren’t British in the books

Interesting way to go about it though. I hope to get to see some Myron and Win films eventually.

Just subscribed to Netflix for the first time and have been making up for lost time.

Binge-watched Squid Game which was excellent and first season of Sex Education, which was very funny in places. May start on the Crown soon…

Any recommendations?

It is a bit daunting…was also going to subscribe to Disney+ so I could finally watch The Mandalorian and so I could start to watch the Boba Fett series.

Yeah Win is the interesting one for me. Read the book simply called “Win” last year. It’ll happen eventually.

And @The_Invincibles, Pretty Little Liars should obviously be first choice

Series’ I’ve enjoyed on Netflix have been You, How to Get Away With Murder, After Life, Suits, Ozark, Orange is the New Black, Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul.

And a little shout out to Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings.

Really depends on what genres you like.

ooh i’d kinda stopped reading his books but i’ll check this out.

I’ve got to finish Breaking Bad, never watched the last couple of series so may carry on and finish that. After Life is a good shout, looks funny and very emotional at the same time.

If you like Breaking Bad, then some people say the prequel Better Call Saul is even better.

And if you get bored, then Dawson’s Creek is on Netflix :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
