As much as I love the CL, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to stomach watching the match tomorrow. I won’t be able to handle anything other than a 3-0 Ajax win.

As well as the spuds have done under this manager, tonight is another one of them games were they have continually failed.
Expectation has been his and their downfall even in the league this season. Hope that happens again tonight but will admit to feeling very uncomfortable about this tie over two legs.
C’mon Ajax please came away with a score draw at a minimum.

Ajax supporters in The Netherlands are a cocky bunch, because historically they are the best club in The Netherlands and most of their chants imply it in one way or another. Anyway, here is one:

Yes. I said a few months ago I thought they would because they have been the most consistent and effective, if not very exciting team.
In recent games Pochettino seems to have focused more on the CL rather than the PL since it became obvious Liverpool and Man City were clear favourites and it has worked.
Maybe that’s why our recent poor form has coincided with us getting further in the Europa League.
I still think a North London, European double is on the cards.
