Also, let’s not overrate Leverkusen, or Sporting/Bodo. Will the matches be easy? No. But given the strength of this Arsenal side, the bare minimum expectation has to be the semi-finals. Personally, we should be aiming for the final. Opportunities like this don’t come around often.
And this is exactly why finishing top of the Champions League group matters. Credit to Arteta and the players for maintaining that level of professionalism throughout.

This draw is an opportunity that seldom comes around for Arsenal. A squad as good as ours should seize on the opportunity to try and win the whole thing.

There are no guarantees but this path to a final is the best we’ll ever get on paper.
Seems like City having to play Real and then potentially Bayern in and around our matches against them could be a plus for us as well.
