Unlike a lot of the Trump appointees, this guy was actually supremely qualified to do the job. Which is probably why most of us had never even heard of him before he resigned.
So we can critique his character (like the part where he quickly glosses over the fact that the US had worked alongside and supported groups like AQ and ISIS), but that feels a tad lazy when what he’s inferring is that Israel controls Trump, the President of the United States of America, and also dictates US foreign policy. Oh, and that Israel killed Charlie Kirk because he had the ear of Trump and was vocal in his opposition to a future war with Iran.
But I only care whether he’s telling the truth or not. The ramifications are too great if he’s genuine.
Every day I check in here before going to the news sites. Every day I hope there’s about 50 new messages about Trump. Every day I want to be woken up by a spontaneous eruption of fireworks at 4am.

So he says that USA and Iran have had positive discussions and they won’t target Iran’s energy facilities.
Iran deny any such discussions have taken place.
It sounds to me like Iran’s threats to destroy the regions own energy facilities has spooked Trump into falling back on his threats.
This war is going to do irreversible damage to the US-Israel relationship and also likely be the reason the republicans do not win the next election.
As horrible as the Iranian regime is, I’m kind of looking forward to Trump telling us that America’s indisputable defeat is the greatest victory ever.
