Trump invoked the Emergency Powers Act to bring these tarrifs in. Since it’s this Act that has been nullified as regards tarrifs, I’ve no doubt he’ll fire up a war on Iran now, and just like that he’ll have his Emergency Powers excuse to fall back on again. And he’ll do his best to stretch this out until November when, because of “emergency powers”, he’ll realise his goal of cancelling the midterms. Neat, eh?
