I honestly can’t recall when it was this bad before.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some top ones out there but if you were to name the Top 10 strikers today, you’d struggle going past 6-7.
In previous decades you’d struggle settling for just 10.
All I need to compare is Gyokeres to any of the listed wingers and I know which I’m taking if it’s only 1.
You could’ve at least put wirtz (another fake winger) to give me a dilemma.
Cunha at left-8 would be great vibes. I need it.

Sad we didn’t go for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Watching him play he can do the dirty work as well as attack, would be perfect for us.

I like both him and Baleba quite a bit but I think the emergence of MLS changes things. Dowman coming through is also another one to think of(Arteta specifically mentioned him the other day for our midfield depth).
I think that’s where someone like Zubimendi makes sense profile wise because he brings experience which we’re gonna lose with Jorginho and maybe Partey, and it will be essential with the young lads in the squad.
Not bad, keep Jesus and Tomiyasu. Saves you having to sign a second defender and a third forward.
Let them recover like Tierney and use them as extra depth till January and revisit moving them on then.
