What really pissed me off about this shot is that it was the first time that Southampton committed 4-5 players in attack when we intercepted the ball and had a great chance to counterā¦ But he decides to do that shit instead of passing the ball and creating a decent chance to attack! Wasted a full minute this action.
Absolute shit show in the last 3 games. Unable to recover any balls in midfield without a foul and way too many misplaced passes and giving the ball away. We lost every balance in midfield.

Still such a key to the team though, when he doesnāt play well the team is incapable of playing well it seems.

That probably says it all really.
Been total shit when we desperately needed him to step up. Heās the only player in pur squad who has actually been there and done that before in a title race.
Love him as a player but when we needed him most he was fucking nowhere.
That shot was fucking criminal, such a selfish act to snatch at such a narrow opportunity for personal glory.

Thinking back to that shot at the end, Iām sure the result of it was that we lost a solid minute and a half of added time getting the goal kick taken because it felt like I was whining and cursing out loud forever to myself in the aftermath while waiting for play to resume.
Because heās so good, Iām going to give him a Ramadan pass. Only explanation I can give for his shit Ness.

Heās having a bad run of form just when we didnāt need it. One of the first names on the team sheet a month or two ago. Itās infuriating as his languid style makes him looks lazy when a pass or trick doesnāt come off.

Understand now why signing Caicedo was so crucial for us, in January. He might have taken Parteyās place by now, quality player. Jorginho is merely an emergency back-up.
