I bet good money No one in this forum asked for explicit consent from their partner to grab boob. Grabbing boobs is a sexual misbehaviour yet we do it all the time with our partners without consent.
Because sexual chemistry or vibe or whatever acts as consent, and thereby synonymous.

There is a world of difference between the lower level acts you talk about doing with your partner like slapping their arse etc and committing sexual accts on someone who is drunk and unconscious.
If you cant see that the two are worlds apart then I donāt know what to say.
Trying to penetrate someone while they are asleep is something you need to have been explicitly given permission to do. Grabbing your wifeās arse clearly isnāt in that same league.

Iām trying to follow the timeline on her Twitter but itās pretty fucking messy and convoluted.
However all sheās posting are screenshots of messages to her friends saying heās a dick and what he did.
Most of it really seems like relationship drama tbh, basically zero conclusive evidence apart from the fact he had seemingly acted like a cunt to her and her friends before but for some reason they still wanted to go on holiday with him.
No wonder the police havenāt been able to charge him with anything, Iām not surprised they canāt make heads or tails of all those screenshots - theyāre all over the fucking place.

So there is a second accusation of rape on her part. I have to assume this is prior to the Spain trip from what has been provided before.
So you accuse someone of rape, then decide to go abroad on a holiday and invite your friends to spend time with said rapist but in message exchanges around the time of the second rape you send messages saying you thought that person was different and a better person.
Unless I have missed something and she met him again in the UK for him to then rape her again or he went to her house where she lives with her mother uninvited and allegedly raped her for the second time?
This twitter dump is shower of shit and all over the place, with not a lot of substantial evidence considering this is her providing the public with all the evidence.
She says the MET want to proceed with the second allegation, so I guess we can expect a charge soon enoughā¦Unless the evidence for the second allegation is similar to the evidence provided for the first

Her incident occurred in June 2021. Thereās still the latest one in June 2022 and another one one that occurred in 2021.
I agree. I donāt see how this helps her at all.
Iām pretty sure if the police are still interested in this case, they arenāt going to be happy whatsoever with what she is doing on Twitter.
This is exactly why cases like like this canāt be decided on in public and nobody can claim to be able to say what has happened based on this. Evidence has to be weighed and examined in the proper way. If there is any evidence in the first place.
Sheās damaged the case of anyone else making claims about Partey as well.

This is a good point. I believe Greenwood had a similar situation but in his case he just randomly missed matches here and there for no good reason.

Sounds like sheās really upset that one of the incidents wonāt be charged. If youāve been violated, you would be distraught. Sheās clearly going through a mental episode of some kind. Not nice to see.
From a legal / prosecution perspective, those texts can be read in many ways. Parteyās written English is poor as well. His lawyers probably shut the allegation down by arguing that thereās not enough certainty that heās admitting committing the act. So presumably the outcome is that the police donāt have enough to charge him with if these texts are the only evidence.
Personally, I just canāt fathom a scenario where Arsenal would play the guy if they werenāt really sure he was in the clear. The club and Parteyās counsel must have spoken in detail, and ultimately signed off on the player carrying on training / playing. So the fact heās playing is the biggest indicator to me that he wonāt be charged.

It does, but donāt underestimate the desire/need of the abused to sometimes see their abuser in a positive light.
I remember when I was a young, a lady who was physically abused by her husband, but no one ever knew because in public they were always nice to each other. Even when she was eventually taken to hospital, having her jaw wired, she was still defending him.
