The UEFA Super Cup

Comfortable potato cup win for Real over Eintracht Frankfurt. This “cup” is the type of bloat they should get rid of imo. The winner of the tier 1 cup against the winner of a cup of tier 2 teams that didn’t make it into the tier 1 cup? Actually kill all the “one game” cups, it’s not a cup, it’s a game.

I get the FIFA (club world cup) one where you at least get to see teams from different continents face off but this is the type of rubbish bloat we should spare the players from

also: this is probably my best necro, 3 years :xhaka2:

Oh I didn’t know that, that’s maybe better… maybe.

Feels like super is too much for such a match. They should rename it The Grand Cup

Had a quick look…nothing official

Game 1 - Super Cup Playoff: Europa League Winner vs Europa Conference Winner

Game 2 - Super Cup Final : Winner of Game 1 vs Champions League Winner

Super Cup is such a shit name btw.

BENZEMA CUNT

I did watch it. Well I had it on in the background anyway. Just didn’t think anything happened in the match worthy of discussion.

Pep looks skinny fat and Grealish is shite. Martinelli is two times the player.

Brilliant header. Gvardiol in nomansland.

Cheeky 10m bid?

City look way too leggy, don’t they?

I feel like ever since that Madrid game their performances have been on pure grind mode.

Makes for a very ugly watch which is weird for a Pep team.

Is this even a real trophy tho?

City with a very mixed team… This line up would have problems almost against any PL team.

No De Bruyne, Stones, Dias, Gundogan gone… I think we would trash this lineup.

Btw, I don’t even know what’s the point of having Haaland in the starting 11. Alvarez must be pissed he’s on the bench.

To the City fans no…not if they lose.

Isnt this just the European Community Shield?
